Brunch:

Crispy chorizo breakfast tacos: Eggs, peppers, and chorizo scramble in a crispy cheese tortilla.

Homemade waffles: What’s not to love about warm waffles in the morning? Feel free to get creative with the toppings and make your Father’s Day brunch extra special.

Tip: You can make homemade waffles like the recipe here, or use a waffle mix. Regardless, waffles are such a yummy start to the morning. You can also set up a waffle bar, so everyone can customize their waffles with different toppings.

Cinnamon coffee cake: A moist and tender cake with a cinnamon sugar center, crowned with an addictive streusel.

Breakfast BLAT with fried egg and spicy mayo: This open-faced breakfast sandwich is fresh, crispy, salty, and savory. A spin-off of a BLT with the additions of creamy avocado, a beautifully fried egg, and a smearing of spicy mayo.

Hawaiian roll french toast: Who doesn’t love a good French toast, and what better vessel for French toast than sweet, flaky, and buttery Hawaiian rolls?

Appetizers:

Tomato crostinis with whipped feta: This appetizer recipe comes from Ina Garten, the queen of simple and absolutely delicious recipes. Juicy tomatoes over creamy whipped feta served on beautiful crostinis, they’re the perfect appetizer to kick off Father’s Day.

Grilled pizzas: Who doesn’t love pizza? This recipe teaches you how to make pizzas on the grill, and you can take the creative liberty to make whatever pizza your heart desires.

Tip: You can use store-bought dough and sauce to save time.

Hot honey lemon pepper wings: Airfryer lemon pepper wings glazed with hot honey.

Blue cheese crostinis with grilled onions: Sharp and creamy blue cheese on warm, toasted crostini, topped with sweet grilled onions for a perfect flavor contrast.

Bacon jalapeno spinach dip: The perfect warm and cheesy appetizer, complete with bacon and jalapeno for a salty and spicy kick.

Tip: You can even buy pre-made spinach dip from the grocery store and add bacon and jalapeno to spruce it up.

Mains:

Bacon jam burger: Another fantastic way to make your standard burgers a bit more special – bacon jam.

Tip: You can use store-bought bacon jam or make your own ahead of time.

Smokey chicken nachos: These chicken nachos are loaded and complete with all the trimmings!

Tip: If you don’t want to grill them, you can also bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Butter-basted ribeyes: If you want to go all out this Father’s Day and spoil the special man in your life, ribeye steaks are a surefire way to his heart.

Garlic grilled shrimp: Succulent shrimp grilled with a simple garlic and herb mixture.

Pork tenderloin with dijon cream sauce: Juicy seasoned pork tenderloin with a luxurious Dijon cream sauce. It’s simple to throw together, but it’s an impressive meal that feels extra special.

Filet mignon: Another steak specialty perfect for Father’s Day.

Cowboy butter: Consider adding this flavorful butter to your steaks, shrimp, salmon, or chicken. It’s the perfect way to elevate simple grilled or roasted meats, as well as vegetables. It’s one of my dad’s favorites!

Tip: Make this ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to use it. You can also make a big batch to have on hand later and add flavor to just about anything.

Sides:

Chipotle bacon smashed potatoes: Chipotle-seasoned potatoes smashed and baked until golden and crispy, topped with blue cheese and crispy bacon – these are little flavor bombs!

Marinated tomatoes: Bright, juicy tomatoes marinated in a herbaceous lemon vinaigrette, the perfect complement to grilled steaks!

Bacon wrapped asparagus: Brown sugar bacon wrapped around stalks of asparagus.

Hasselback potatoes: Slathered in garlic butter and finished with parmesan and rosemary, these potatoes have crispy layers while staying soft on the inside. They look impressive, but they’re incredibly easy to make, and they are one of my dad’s favorites.

Cacio e pepe cauliflower: Roasted cauliflower with crispy Romano cheese and seasoned with black pepper – inspired by the iconic cacio e pepe pasta.

Grilled romaine salad: Try adding a hint of smoke and char to your romaine salad. It’s a welcome change from your typical salad and gets brightened with a vibrant lemon dressing, finished with Parmesan.

Desserts:

Monkey bread with bourbon honey sauce: Warm, gooey, cinnamon-sugar pull-apart bread tossed with a brown sugar and nutty brown butter mixture, served with a honey bourbon dipping sauce.

Banoffee pie: A classic British dessert that is as easy as it is delicious. The pie is made with a graham cracker crust, luscious toffee sauce, fresh sliced bananas, mounded with whipped cream, and finished with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.

S’mores blondies: Chewy blondies studded with chocolate and graham cracker pieces, then topped with mini marshmallows for a delicious cookie bar inspired by a familiar summer favorite – S’mores!

Chocolate peanut butter pie: This pie combines the best of both worlds – creamy, salty peanut butter and rich chocolate, all on an Oreo crust, creating a fantastic and addictive no-bake dessert!

Tip: This is a great dessert to make ahead of time.

Blueberry cheesecake creme brulee bars: Don’t be fooled by the title of these stunning cheesecake bars; they’re deceptively simple to make. Only a few ingredients are needed to create this impressive-looking dessert. It’s as simple as a graham cracker crust, with a layer of bright blueberries and cheesecake filling, all finished off with a bruleed crust for a satisfying sugar coating.

Tip: You can make the cheesecake in advance, and just before serving, sprinkle sugar over the top and brûlée it.
